I got a 1 man limit drifting NE to SW north off scott point shoal Wednesday morning 9 to 11 Late start and took a bit to to figure out what they wanted. Purple blades on crawler harnesses, bottom bouncers or literally dragging them with the NE Drift.

My wife wanted to go this afternoon. She will fish if the catching is good. NE wind was lighter, but projected to increase.

Not enough to start. Too much to finish. 3:30 PM left the dock. Back at 6:30 PM.

We ended up with 10. Quit due to wind increasing. 2 throwbacks, 1 - 18" and 1 - 23" rest were 16". Purple bottom bouncer, and dragging / lifting and slowly reeling. 1 sheep head and a few white perch, especially on the bottom bouncer.

I have three cousins coming in this weekend.

Hopefully weather lets us fish.

There are enough fish out there for everyone,. Let's keep this site a learning place.
