laker time?
I am going to try for lake trout for the first time this year. Can anyone pass on some tips to help out a fellow angler. I plan on going out of Northeast next week.

Ruby, We fished Northeast a lot last year, didn't pick up any Lakers but plenty of small eye's. We did best out of the marina to the west in about 45'. Good luck and let us know how the trip goes.

Thanks for the reply skinny. I will let you know how it goes. Usually go out of Lampe for walleye and perch. Really would like to get a 20# Laker and cross it off my bucket list.
