    Default Fireline colors?

I use Fireline on all my rods. Just wanted to see what color everyone uses. I have never had a problem with it and have always use the smoke color. But i see the crystal and didn't know if that would be better than the smoke or green colors. Getting ready to get all my rods ready for spring and figured i would see what everyone is using.

I tie all my leaders with fireline Crystal. I also have two or three trolling outfits that have a blase or fluorescent orange colored fireline as the main line. I have never noticed a difference when using them as compared to green, blue or red Western filament TUF line braid.

I use it on my perch, jigging and trolling rods. I usually use the smoke colored but see the crystal colors and etc. Just thought maybe the green or crystal have better results.

My old eyes need some help so that is the reason I use the brighter colors. It hasn't seemed to hurt my catch rate. I only fish in the Western Basin so stealth is not as big of a problem.

Sometimes I think fishermen give the walleyes way to much credit for intelligence. They are a major preditor and will eat whatever they can catch. They are spooky with noise from above but not so much with what is in the water moving quietly along. If bright line colors would bother them so would some of the brightly colored lures that catch them on a regular basis. Just my opinion.
