Fished yesterday trolling dipseys out near the NW edge of the Lorain dumping grounds. Weather was rough in the AM but sat back after noon. Got my 6, with 2 24 inchers, but the pick was slow.

Fished yesterday on North edge of dumping grounds from 4-7 and got 3. All 3 were up high, above 20 feet. They had big bellies, full if shad. Lots of miggies.

Wet the perch fillet with egg-water wash, dredge in flour seasoned with Lawry's and paprika, let it sit for 5 minutes so the flour sticks then fast fry in hot clarified butter.
