How is the boat traffic out where the walleyes are hitting, is there usually a pack of boats?

Went out to just west of the Nuke plant in Perry, had lines in by 6am... Rough morning battled 4-6ft seas picked up one in 68 ft of water around 7am w/a harness on a jet 40...no nice marks...
