Caught some jumbos 3/4 mile north of N. Bass on Thursday.
Did not limit in this area though. Other boats in that area were also catching.
When a action slowed we went looking with limited success.

3 man limit of perch 2.2 miles NE of Niagra Reef. 20# at cleaners.
Catching was steady. 2 hours to limit. Very few undesireables.

Wakina nailed it. That method seems to be preferred by perch lately.
We use large spreaders, 15-18" leaders, no bling, line on bottom
and slow lift, drop and repeat. Good luck.

4 man limit Tuesday 1/2 mile S. E. of outer light. 7-10" perch, average 8" a lot of throw backs. 8-11:30 am.

A friend has a boat with twin 135 hp 2 stroke engines. Can he troll with this set up?

Fenwicks has fish cleaning station right next to launch ramp.

Try a script from your doctor called Antivert. It has helped my wife from chumming. Doesn't seem to make her sleepy like Dramamine. Hope it helps.

Fish that area today. As you said number of boats were unbelievable. We stayed inside pack in 11-12 fow. Three man limit, three hours using hair jigs tipped w/ minnow, purple and white, Jays blades...

3 man limit, 2 hours of fishing. Headed toward K can from turtle creek, stopped in 12' fow. Hair jigs: purple and purple/chart. Also Jay blade purple/silver.
