    I would head to East side of Kelly's for my first trip, and you can always troll towards the Huron Dump if you're not having any luck there.

    I fished out of Huron and found some active Fish about 2 miles south of the Vermillion Dump. A Friend of mind fished the Lorrain Dump and found Larger Fish. Dipsey's with Large Spoons 60-80 ft out...
