  5. Re: 15 FREE! Charters from some of the best captains on the Lake!

Just bought 6 tickets. It's not much, but I hope it helps. Wish a speedy recovery to Capt. Allen. Who knows, with a little luck I just might get to go on a charter with my grandson.

Re: Perch fishing toledo water intake

Great information and photos. Nothing better than a fried perch dinner! Where are you launching from to fish the area around Little Cedar Point, a public DNR launch or private marina? Thanks

Re: Toledo water intake and west ( perch)

Just curious as to what kind of rigs you're using, spreaders, single hook off sinker, tangle free rigs? Also, are you fishing right on the bottom?
Sounds like you've got the magic touch. Thanks in...
  12. Re: Sunday's frustration (hint no fish and stable flies)

Thanks for the info. I like the longer leader idea. I usually tie my harnesses either 36" or 48".
  13. Re: Sunday's frustration (hint no fish and stable flies)

Good tip on the Coppertone spray. Is it a pump spray or a spray can that you use. I enjoy all the fishing info you share in your posts. Thanks.
  14. Re: Sunday's frustration (hint no fish and stable flies)

Good detailed report. What size willow blades and bead colors were you using on your harnesses? I thought I had tied every color and style of crawler harnesses, but never a double willow harness....
