Take the first hook in the rig and hook in the pipe wrap then wrap to each hook and stick the next hook in. Watch out...

We fished Sunday at Gull Island north of Kelleys water was fine.
We then went to Kelley Island Shoal and fished for perch water was fine.
Caught 30 perch 2 men in 3 hours 10 to 12.5 inch long 12.5...

Sunday saw 20 boats fishing for walleye Kelley Is Shoal mostly charters like I said in my perch report we caught 6.5 pounde walleye perching in that area.

Snook thanks for the input about perch Kellys/Marblehead we were there about three weeks ago in 30 feet of water just west of the ferry lane and did great is this the location you are talking about?...

Ok will be perch fishing out of east harbor this weekend so if anyone knows if the perch are around an 8 mile area let me know.

This might help.
Make sure you use Emerald Shinners either frozen or alive.
Use a #6 gold sharp hook.
I always insert the hook from the tail then back towards the head. Perch almost always swallow...
