I never tried the Western Basin in late fall but have many trips over May through end of June. The reefs between the islands and West Sister is the area I am interested in and typical presentations.

biggest was 24 and 3 were 15 1/2 and the rest between 17 and 20. tons of shorts and trash south of Kelleys. Not bad on the eastside off air strip and north to the east.
