Jig bit was good at Niagra reef on wedesday

I think it is about over, from what i hear. I was out there,end of march, beginning of April. Friend still out there. It was good the whole month of April until lately.

When, I was there we fished East of Turtle creek. We used minnows in March. Than quit minnows. Purple orange chartruse were mostly used. My friends now have kept moving West.

Yea , we had a 4 person limit on Locust Saturday morning. Fished from April 17-25 had a limit every time out except for one. wind kicked up and nasty that day. Only sat out one day.

That's sort of weird. After I posted, I talked with someone else and they said it was gone. Said it blew out with the south wind and satellite view no ice west of Islands.

How close to ice out?

I would think you would be able to get out by April 1st, if you wanted too.
