Fishman, I have fished out in front of TBM this year on the dump, I have tried trolling a couple of times when the wind has denied a drift with little success. The jigging has been very good there....

I Don't know where you are launching from River Rat, but it will be a W wind & you can get out of it if you stay inside, probably 2-3' waves. I'll knock them down for you!
