Friday went out solo off the point at 6 a.m. and had limit and was cleaned up by 7:30. took wife out at 3 p.m. and caught 3 eyes and 4 steel. Marked big school in morning hardly marked anything...

I had the same action in 100 fow and 95 fow off the point. picked up my six and a steelie in two passes. Purple was the only color that did anything except the steelie was on a cracked coral bayrat....

The night bite is on. Walleye are biting in 7-12 fow on shallow stick baits yellows and chartreuse have been better than other colors. Limited out on eating size eyes the Fri. and Sat.

Good job going solo. did this several times this year and had to stay away from other boats to avoid trouble but still limited each day.
