Lol.....I thought you were an old boyfriend looking for her number.
Glad to hear that...sort of...lol
Decided to launch out of Catawba due to wind direction this morning....and a report that the green can had perch there.
I hit 8 spots today from Catawba to the NE corner of North Bass and back down the east side of the islands, but I never got out there, due to time, and a report from someone two days ago that it had died....so I didn't get out there today...........aaarrrgghhh...LOL
We only got 50 average perch today. But they had a good time, they said.
Fished close to this area this past Thursday and yesterday. Thursday - 2 guys 60 perch 8.5" or bigger, 19 lbs at cleaner. Only 3 over 10". I used skipper 9, buddy used a spreader. Equal fish caught. Limit in 2 hours 15 minutes, starting at 3:30 pm. Sunday - By myself (couldn't get anyone to go) 30 perch 8.5" or bigger, 10.5 lbs at cleaner. Only 2 over 10". I switched between skipper 9 rigs and a spreader. Equal fish caught on both again. Limit in 1 hour 40 minutes, starting at 4:00 pm. Both days we were only boat in the area.

Today 9/9 60 fish 20lbs same #s as first post (Capt Juls)
left dock @ noon , back @ 4:00pm. Fished near Capt Juls nos. 1 man limit of 8-10s. Used spreader, frozen minnows cut in half , about 1" off bottom. Really light bite, had to break out the ultra light 30" spinning rod and watch the rod tip for slight movement. I never could feel a bite today except for the 5# sheephead. 3 white perch, 4 throw backs.
THANK YOU Capt. Juls.
