Want to take the Scouts fishing

I've not been very active on this forum but when I go Perchin' I do appreciate everyone generosity with the info. I'm a Boy Scout leader and we were thinking of taking the boys perch fishing this fall. We could have 10-20 boys and parents. Can anyone recommend a charter? I would prefer to go out of the Port Clinton area but we can go anywhere from Toledo to Port Clinton.
