Windy Weekend Good and Great Fishing
Fished NE of Kelleys on Saturday. Slow pick but caught a nice cooler of eyes. Program 40 tru trips back 60 ft. with DJ's custom eyes harnesses at 2.1 mph.
Sunday we fished north of Vermilion. The fishing was as fast as it could go. Caught captain's limit in 2 hrs of fishing. We fished 100 to 120 ft back with 40 tru trips with DJ's custom eyes harnesses at 2.0 mph. We would have been done much sooner if not for the 6-8 foot waves. Boy was it windy! The fishing was incredible.
