Sat. walleye report west end

Well weatherman wrong again, well we couldn't make it out to west sister, so we stop short 5 miles out in front of crane creek,
waves were 4 plus to start and at 1 pm 6 ft. plus we trolled all day
fighting elements of fog rain cold and waves, walleyes inbox 12
throw backs 14 maney right at 15 inches, citrus sparkle hot color
leads 38 to 45, lots of fish in this area, trollers struggled but on other hand casters did excellent, slow and right on bottom, but bottom bouncers caught all trash fish, just a funny day sunday
winds to 30 mph hour, a nother rough one, very few boats out
mostly charters, water very clean fish are 15 to 24 inches in area.

Started out yesterday southeast of the pack and trolled to the e ne . 4 man limit on deep lil ripper . Was done in 2.5 hours.

Yesterday was a really good drifting bite for us. I had a 6 man limit by 11:30. We took 15 or so fish on bottom bouncers and the rest casting harnesses.

EyeSpy was on fire out there. We did well but Ryan was smoking them.

We went back to the same area yesterday and the fish had moved out of there. We only pulled 6 fish. There might be fish north of west sister but it was too rough to fish out there.

We were NW of west sister last weekend and caught 3 tix drifting/casting with only a few throwbacks. Was back up last Friday and marked fish in 22fow on way out to that spot and never left. Fish marked on bottom and took a long cast to catch em on the swing.

Definitely in smaller pods from what I ran across. Just need to find em and stay on em.
