New hook up with charter captain forum

Happy Father's day to all from Walleye Rick. I've created this new forum specifically for Charter Captains (and those seeking Charters) to 'Hook Up' and discuss availability of Charters.

Please use this forum for this purpose. That way the Fishing Reports forums can remain just that, reporting of fishing conditions.

Going forward posts related to charter availability that appear in the fishing reports sections will be moved to the 'Hook Up' forum.

Hope everyone's walleye (and perch) fishing season is going well. Let's hope for great weather the rest of this year :)
