Late Week Cold Front
Coming over Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at the end of this week. Looks like temps are gonna drop a little. How do you think that will effect this bite after a couple of weeks of 70*'s? Seems like the water temp is warm enough that it shouldn't make much difference.
-
i am also thinking of coming up wed and thur. I was going to ask the same question.
-
The surface water temp @ the humps off turtle on Sunday averaged right around 60, can't see it drastically changing, 30 degrees down there this AM?
-
In my opinion it may slow the bite down a bit, but the fish are there doing there thing. They arent going any where. Any day you can get your limit is a great day walleye fishing. Now for the wack fest it might not be as fast as it has been. Just my 2 cents right or wrong.

Well said 7w, they aren't going anywhere
-
Thanks for the input we got all day for 3 days and will make the most of it.
-
They are still there just a little slower bite (see my post 3/27 jiggin)
-
I think the wind will be more of a factor. Hopefully it holds.

Got a two man limit this afternoon jigging. Bite was slow but we got our fish

Nice job. Were you on the reefs?
