Just got back from meinkes west water was down 4.6 feet
while no boats were in serious danger if it blows hard sat,
there may be some problems with boats getting caught under
the dock posts, and some boats had very short dock lines.

Went up to Turtle Creek Campground today (Friday) to move mine out further on the dock and do a few repair odds and ends. I arrived about 11:45 and water was down a good 2 feet. Left around 2:00 and in the time I was there I would say it went down another good 6 inches to a foot. Down maybe 3 feet when I left, so it has come down maybe another foot and half since mid day. Agree, with forecast, tomorrow could be ugly.
Guy a few slips down has an especially long boat and his was 6 inches or so from hitting front on the rocks. Fortunately I had his number so called him and got okay to move it out on the dock for him.
Just noticed Hooker posted he will be open at 6AM Saturday? Can't believe there will be too many fishermen on the lake!
I live on Breast Bay and the water is better this morning than it was yesterday afternoon ... it's down a good 2' still it was down 4' + last night
the water is gone ..
Friend just sent me pics of docks at Green Cove Resort
