Perch Report - 9/28/11

Fished gravel pit area this morning from 8AM - 11:30AM. Fast and furious fishing but most fish on the small side. On my way in I fished 13' of water between Metzger Marsh and Anchor Point. The shallow fishing was slower but the size was much better. I caught a couple doubles with both fish better than 10 inches. Fished a pole with spreader and a pole with a single hook. Both rigs caught fish as long as they were bouncing off bottom. Caught a couple white perch, white bass, and sheephead. Butch and Denny's had shiners this morning.
