Perch Report Wed 7-27-11

Fished 11 miles out of Meinkes West next to shipping channel in 26 fow. @ man limit in 2 hours Had 20# at cleaners. Very nice quality fish. Caught some junk at first but then all perch. Very few throwbacks ( unless you count the 8" ones we were throwing back! Program was cut minnows on perch colored spreaders or spreaders with no spinners and gold hooks. Could only run 1 rod.

Great Catch, three perch per lb, one of best for season, if you
don't mine bouy number and roughly how far off channel.
