Long Drive From Cincinnati

I am new to the site and find it diffucult to contribut much from 4 hours away from the best fishing in Ohio. Planning to head up Friday night and fish Saturday and Sunday. Was thinking of trolling around Kelleys, I caught a few nice fish in that area last year, but it was in mid June. Have the fish moved out that far yet? How long does it typically take for the water to clear-up after high winds and heavy waves? Always appreciate info from fisherman close to the lake.
