Kelley's Island ??

Is it safe to drive near the net flags that are North of Kelley's?

Do not run between them.We stay at least a couple of hundred yards away.Getting caught in one will ruin your whole day.

Thanks.. That's what I was afraid of. Went that way Saturday & seemed like the damn things were everywhere. Scared the bejesus out of me.. Especially when I saw the little white thing floating that I assume is the other end of the net.. Either way, I didn't like being anywhere near them!

I have been told by several veteran charter boat captains that as long as you don't get close to the red flags, you are OK. You can navigate between the floats and you will be fine, the lines are under the surface far enough you wont get hooked up in them.
