I just love baits with some pink or purple on them. but all these look good for eyes on Erie.
and I forgot those oranges will also be good for steelhead trout in Erie.,

Are you making these for yourself or are you selling these lures? If you are making them for yourself, could you provide some of the equipment and techniques to get the crisscross scale pattern. If you are selling, please let me know how I can purchase. The lures are beautiful.

Rod, there are a variety of ways to get scale patterns. The easiest way is with any fabric that you can use as a stencil. The pattern in those baits below looks similar to what I use on some of mine, which I found on a laundry bag that I cut to fit.
You have to get the stencil very tight to the lure or it won't look good. Heat set the paint before you remove the stencil.
