Hello, I’m a avid bank fisherman and haven’t been on Lake Erie but once or twice. But I found out quickly it’s addicting to catch walleye out of Lake Erie . There are several of us here that run charters and post reports...but, if you're going alone, it can be pretty pricy. Another option that might interest you, that would be more affordable, would be to go on a "Head Boat"....especially, since you have your own gear already.
I would recommend the Fisherman's Wharf boats out of downtown Port Clinton. They have several boats, and some great captains that are very good at putting you on fish. Their number is 419-734-9002.
My trips are 500.00 for 6 hours...up to 3 people...it doesn't matter if it's one person or 3 people...the price is the same. (Side note: I don't have any openings until July right now.)
