10/13 final day with Randy and Todd
We headed out to deep water today out of Huron looking for some bigger fish and we found them. We boated Todd his personal best 28” walleye and several over 24” we ran bandits today 50/140 2oz and 50/100 3oz at 2.0 did the job. We had a nice couple days with this crew. They are coming back in the spring for some more walleye. Can’t wait..

I've never put in Huron before. Gonna try it Monday or Tuesday. I'm looking at a map it says 50' is above Lorain almost to Canada. Would Huron be the best place to put in or is my map off. Thanks for the help.

Which map are you using and how old is it? I take it you're after Walleye? The Yellow Perch are in closer to shore and numbers are looking very good in case you need to change plans.

It's the NOAA chart of the western basin. I'm pretty sure it's up to date. I will be walleye fishing.
