Perch Report Stampedfish

Went out perch fishing with my brother, we left out of Meinke's. They had goldies, which was better than most that didn't have anything. Went out 1/2 miles West of intake got on the fish in about 30 minutes after anchoring. We were using spreaders and crappie/perch rigs with no bling. The bite was slow and steady so we ended up staying there from 7am-2pm. We were having to let them soak longer on the bottom to get a bite. We did get hooked up with something fairly large assuming it was a catfish (never got it to the boat) considering the proximity to the bottom. Ended up with a 2 man limit, overall a great day on the water.
