Toledo Charter Referral

I've not posted here much. Am I allowed to seek charter boat referrals here, or is that against the posting rules?

Recently moved back to northern Indiana, and want to get back into walleye fishing Erie regularly due to the proximity. Also have a neighbor couple who like to fish, and they would like to join us. Been fishing the Maumee River run the last 4 weekends, and would like to find a good Toledo area charter boat to take us out especially for the May jig bite. Don't mind if the captain or mate fish, as long as they stay away from the bow or back corners. I can't stand that. Thanks.

Why not reach out to one of the several charters that post reports regularly on this board?

They are a bit East of Toledo, not too far, but that's what I would do. You see their catch every day on these boards- they will put you on fish.

AND it's a great way to give back for all their knowledge they share here...

I’ve just had the best luck with first hand referrals. But if I don’t have any luck, I may rely on the charter listings.

Jig bites over ! Spent Sat and Sun on a great boat with a super crew,saw lots of marks and busted 48 nice fish. Trolling towards Toledo out of Oak Harbor, done fishing by Noon on both days. Look up Reel Easy Charters !
