Fished out of meinkes with my pops and the captain. Left dock about 730am fished all around the Toledo harbor light. Made about 5 different stops around the light house and finished with 16 perch. I caught one double and 2 more in about a 2 minute span thinking they will turn on and nothing happened. Seen a couple charters in same area and one had 90 perch by 10am not sure what they finished with. Not sure what else to say but it’s discouraging.
