Anyone using one of these?

I was at a sport show last weekend and saw a product I have never seen before called a drop-n-stay. It is for anchoring and it stretches like a shock absorber allowing the anchor to hold. I have this problem all the time even with my digger anchor but before I bought one I wanted to see if any of you had used one. I had spent all my money at the show before I saw this or I probably would have bought it there. I thought it was just a bungee cord until I held it. Not sure what that cord is but it took a lot to stretch it. Any info you guys have would be appreciated. Here is the website from the brochure I have.
