Drifting Reports 5/31 and 6/1

5/31 2 guys, limit of 12 walleye in 45 minutes casting 1 mile west of catawba. 4:00 - 4:45. 0-5 count, gold weapons. 19 FOW

6/1 2 guys, limit of 12 walleye in 4 hours. Same area with the pack off of Catawba. Took a little longer, 7-11 AM, had a real nice drift so I couldn't really figure out what kind of count to use. gold weapons again. 15-17 FOW

Great job! I was hoping to hear that this area was holding some walleye. It seems like a good spot to tuck out of the east wind. Were you guys tucked in within the point of Catabwa enough to hide from an east wind decent?? Thanks for any response as it may save my weekend!
