8-4 perching, first jerking trip of the year

Started South of G at 8:30 but the crew of 4 was restless after just 16 fat perch in about an hour and a quarter so went looking? Went to 2 spots SE of D and pulled 2 more, drove through the pack at D but did not see much going on. Went over South of Green at 11:30, with very little wind left and set down outside of the pack. We were picking a few. The go fast boats blew through south of us and the bite turned on. Ended with 120 perch shortly after 2:15, weight at Sassy Sals was 51# all caught on Goldies. Only had about 10 throwbacks with a 5 sheephead and 1 white perch.
