6-17 NW and 6-18 NE West Sister

Me and neighbor Bob went from PC both days NW of West Sister on Friday, tried .5 mile NW for 15 minutes no takers so continued to 3.5 NW of the Island. Trolled spoons #1 dipsey, 3.5 setting/75' and 1.5/62' . Pulled 9 keepers in 1 hour, 3 more in 1.75 hours and only 3 shorts. 1 did come on a #0 Dipsey 95' back, purple harness with meat. Biggest fish 24", nicer grade of fish Friday. Hot spoon Kevorkian and Night Rider close 2nd. Saturday went back to same area, same program, ended adding 2' to the Dipsey and had 7 in the box after 4.5 hours. Ended 5 miles NE of the Island, with a fast 5 in the last hour at 1:15. 31 shorts Saturday, and a couple of sheep, largest eye was 20". Threw everything at em from the tackle box Saturday, Hot spoon was Super Muffin/copper back with 9 of the 12. Rough/Long Ride back to PC!! Did see only 4 mayfly both days. Good luck out there!!

Fished 6-16 and 6-17 north east of west sister couple miles.fished 25 to 27 ft water.trolled 2.4 to 2,8 ran bandits 60 50 40 back.fished lures 13ft and 15ft deep.caught 7 nice 2 to 3 lb fish fri.caught 12 fish sat all 2 to 3lb only 1 throw back walleye an no junk.was a great trip with a newbee.happy fishing to all.

Friday was 2.1 -2.3, Saturday was 2 - 2.5
