I get all of my baits from dreamcatcher on rt. 2
Frank is quite right about adding stock colors they have 32 colors, and I agree. But if you really want to look at some of the customs here are a few places to look online and could be purchased online also. DJ's Customeyes, Janns Netcraft, Domka's Great outdoors, and don't forget Fish USA and Warrior Lures. Those are just a few.

Don't forget to change the hooks and split rings!
Another good one is Fishermenscentral.com go in the menu under walleye, some really nice custom colors.
That pretty much covers them all except for a guy on eBay that has some nice colors, and a guy that sells stock colors
Wow thank guys woohooo. mikecat13 what do you mean change hooks and split rings not strong enough???
Looked for dreamcatcher's found bait barn and happy hooked couldn't find him
try Fisherman's wharf in port clinton they had tons of customs this past Saturday
Yes that's what he meant, I don't myself, but I do keep extra hooks onboard because they do break, usually talking them out of a fish, I haven't had a split ring issue #4 hooks but I also carry them #3 rings
Happy Hooker can be seen on facebook Happy Hooker Outdoors. That's it. Just have not been in there since Capt. Dave retired and sold out. The stock hooks on the Bandits are brittle and the split rings are a bit soft and may stretch so change them as you go or if your feeling like it just sit down and change them#4 hooks and size 3 rings with good ones. It has been said DJ does change the hooks but I only repeating it from past posts.

As others said, hooks and split rings on bandits are weak. I use #4 VMC online trebles and #3 split rings. Some don't have problems with them but many people do. I didn't until I mentioned I didn't l then I had a bunch of hook bend and break and a couple split rings stretch. Now they get cut off and replaced before they go in the water doesn't matter stock or custom I do it to all, costs like $1 per bait or less using VMC
Thanks so much for the info guy really appreciate it THANK YOU!!!
Are you guys using short shank trebles or regular treble hooks?
Don't over look Dreamcatcher baits custom painted cranks. David paints them himself and does an excellent job. Here is a link to their website. There are some pictures of his custom painted lures on the site.

Anglers Avenue also has been selling a lot of custom Bandits, has some additional colors to put up after returning from the sports show in Grand Rapids this last weekend too.
Anglers Avenue Bandits
I've bought quite a few from Angler's Ave. Very nice selection and good prices too! Shipped quickly to my door and no problems.
bought a couple custom Bandits from Brad Jordan. Can see his work on facebook,One More Cast Charters.Had a custom color called fat Tuesday that looks like Marvin that I bought from him.
Hey guys haven't updated the site lately with new 2017 colors if your interested check them out on facebook, instagram, or I can shoot anyone interested a text of the cool stuff we are doing up for 2017. Ill be the first to say some stock colors work great nothing wrong with that... i know as a bait shop owner and painter im probably breaking some rule or something... but at the same time their are some days where custom colors kick butt, so with that said anyone want honest info on cranks or customs or stocks just ask take care fellas and ladies the water is still 33.5 degrees out there be safe.

Glad you chimed in because I could not remember what I had paid for the ones that I bought. I know this if there is a run on customs like last year you had better get yours early because they went fast. I have no idea about his current inventory and assume that he has painted cranks over the winter.
ON EDIT: You cannot ask for better people than David and Melanie they treat their customers right.
I gotta admit wakina that i was one of those guys buying them up left and right. Being it was my rookie season up there i had nothing that all you guys and gal were talking about. Everything people posted about , rr800's, ddhj12's and especially bandits,me and some buddies tried to buy at least one of and the ones that worked really well we went back and got a couple more of each. It got a little pricey but what the heck ,I've been eating walleye all year and all but 1 lure is ready to go this year. 1 bandit split at the tail and the hook came out. Some could use re-painted from those teeth marks but were good to go. Just need some weather cooperation. We wanted to head up this weekend but from what ive been reading it dont look too good
My hats off to the ones that paint the custom bandits. It's like fishing with a piece of art. Always looking/ buying a cool (different) looking color (Hopefully it fills the cooler). Thanks for the info on the treble hook/ O ring replacement.
Another place to buy custom bandits I just found, one more cast charters on Facebook, some very nice colors to look at
Yet another resource for custom bandits I found is www.rippn-lips.com I purchased a batch, but only have had a chance to fish them once so far. Very friendly people, great customer service. They also have custom reefs, dhj12, flicker minnows and others. Mention Andy if you order, and he will hook you up. :-P
