Not to sure about that. But you might find what you are looking for on YOU TUBE. You be surprised on what you can Learn there.
The best videos hands down for what your looking for are gonna be from Doctor Sonar Doc Sampson. I'm pretty sure if u google Doctor sonar you will find what your looking for!Quote:
