The weather forecast the next 8-10 days should start ice formation again, so I doubt after this weekend anyone will be going out. There's no real cold, though, such as daytime highs in the mid to low 20's and nighttime temps in the teens or single digits. Therefore strong ice formation won't happen for I would guess at least two weeks, without a warm up. It's possible we could get some ice fishing around mid-February.
I think it's going to be another year of no ice fishing!
Yep, talking 50 here again next week. Northern Indiana. I'm guessing the same or close for there.
