Indoor Storage?

Anyone know of any Climate controlled indoor storage for a 20' boat? Im looking for indoor so I don't have to winterize.

Dubberts in Port Clinton has heated storage.

I use Green's myself, but for indoor cold. Used to be Gregory's but the folks who owned it just retired. New owners seem nice.
