4 guys Fished a few hundred yards N of L-Can in 20 FOW. Slow pickins from 745 to 1230, but managed 83 that went 20 lbs at Cutcher's. Had to let it sit on bottom to get a bite. No preference on spreaders or skipper 9s. Same for whole of half minnows.
