8/3 Two tickets

Buddy John and I got two perch tickets today, SW of A can a bit. Slow pick. Took from 8:30 to 1:00, but dropped on them and never moved. Nice breeze but lots of 2 foot rollers left over from last night. Frozen emeralds... had some goldies but they didn't seem to want them. (No one had emeralds today) Not as good a grade nor bite as last week in same area. My 30 went 9 lbs at cleaners, but John gave me the bigger fish when he divided them. Had to keep a bunch of smaller ones to get our limit. Heard guy at Port Clinton cleaners say "today was not real busy but yesterday was really slow."
