Four man limit today in same spot. All crappie rigs. Started at 8 am had them by 10. Got shiners today from a n j supply low in freezer lol. Got some junk today and a lot of small eyes. 34 lbs at cleaners. They keep getting s little bigger. Noticed that the perch were spitting up lots of midges. And the little flies were all over the boat. Tried to walleye fish a couple hours but lost drift and boat spun in circles from all the chop. Managed to catch a number of shorts but couldn't get the better fish going. Antifreeze blades on a 15 to 20 count had the little guys fired up. Lol. Going to be a casting dream next year!!
