Insane shortie action Friday night 6/3

Started around 5 pm at Catawba green can. Slow, 3 walleye throwbacks. Moved east of G can, steady pick of short walleye 10-14 inches. Moved a couple hundred yards SW of G can, right in with the head boats and it was on. Only had 90 minutes of daylight to work with but 2 guys caught 60+ walleye, if not more. Unfortunately only 7 were keepers, but it was fun nonetheless. I ended the night catching walleye on 14 straight casts. 14!!! Gold weapon was the ticket, 3-4 count, turn it over and they were there within seconds. So if you don't mind sorting, try that area, just an insane amount of fish in that school.
