Scott Point Schol with Rookies

I took a husband and wife from my campground out Thursday. They have been camping and perch fishing Erie for 1 year now and have only caught one 17" walleye. We set up pulling bandits before we could the get the third line set, fish on. The first 3 fish in the boat were over 26". We fished for 5 hrs they had a commitment back on shore. Finished with 12 3 being Fish Ohio's. I told them don't expect that ever time out we got lucky and sit down on a nice pod of fish.

Been fishing Erie for nine years never had this happen or heard tell of before. A Black Cormorant flew into our lines made the boards jump forward. The bird just kept on flying like nothing ever happened. Hope I didn't spoil those rookies LOL
