I was by myself today. Caught 30 perch just a little NE of the can. Was a slow day. Fished from 7 to 12. Some very nice perch but most were average. Several white perch, one white bass, 3 sheephead. Caught 2 13 or so inch walleye and 4 small ones. Perch/crappie rigs. Very light bite.
Got 2 nice eyes before 8 this morning drifting crawler harnesses then only a few shorts. Moved to south of Niagara looking for perch around 1 and only picked a few until around 3 then caught the balance of my limit plus probably 15 smaller ones in the next hour. A really good 2 days on the lake.
Fished 5/25 close to B can from 9:15 to 2:15. 4 of us caught 71 yellow perch and several white perch. Had 37# at the cleaners including the white perch. Caught 6 white bass 3 sheep head and 8 short walleye. Nice day on the lake but kicked up quick when the wind started to blow.
