Have done ok at Niagra and D can area, thinking of starting at Kelly's shoal this Saturday, radio chatter says it's good later in the day, is anyone having luck early? Should have a larger group and can experiment with meat and spoons too. I will post my results but love to hear how it's going before hand.

Hey JBD's Regina Marie we have been fishing around Kelly's all week and it has been very slow and it's been a Dead Sea up by the shoal didn't mark many fish at all up there... We actually went west of green and caught more fish over there hope it's help for ya and good luck!

I was up near the shoal yesterday. Very slow, not a lot of marks. Got one good fish and then the rain came. Nothing like a good soaking to remind me how much fun I'm having. There was a decent bite there about a week or so ago. I've fished the Shoal and Gull my entire life and it seems that it gets better mid-May and on. The warm up seems to make that area catch fire. A lot of trophy fish have come off the Shoal and around Gull. Good luck.
