Finally getting up again tomorrow. I have been waiting for the perch to start up. It was horrible a few weeks ago. I'm coming out of Lakefront marina (just east of Camp Perry). Anyone have any suggestions about were to start?

Was a great report all last week, South of Middle island, NE of Kellys area was sounding good although a long ride from perry area. Mike

Tried out by middle again yesterday but had to catch 20 dinks for every keeper...went east of kellys and it was lots of white bass & sheeps....last stop was south of the blue roof "seaway marina" in 26 fow , finished the day with some nice 9"to10"s with a few 11"s

The second day was a total washout in the same spot. My buddy hooked something that he couldn't even begin to retrieve. I've been catching a lot a big channel cats over here by Middle Bass while perch fishing. They're running for some reason, I bet that's what your buddy had on.
