wow!!!! Last night was on fire... Big fish one after another. I love my job... Biggest fish was 31 inches and weighed 10lbs 5 oz....40 tru trips back 75 to 80. Speed was 1.9 to 2.3 mph. Everyone came on a work harnesse... Great evening trip... Can't wait to get back out there... Good luck guys....

what are tru trips and work harnesses? where were you fishing?
When you say back 75-80, I assume you are saying between diver and planer line clip ?
Here is a pic of a Tru Trip, HOOKER. I have only used them once so I'm not the most knowledable. But, the lever pops when you get a hit. It comes closer to the surface since the "dive angle" is no longer there. Helps in determing if you have a fish on.
Someone correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks again Jim for an amazing weekend WOW! We fished 2 days with Eye Hunter Charters and caught limits both days. I have fished Erie for 12yrs , I have caught and seen many limits but never like these! (HUGE FISH) First time fishing with Skipper 9 ,but not the last. Jim and his mate Shawn were very curtious ,well mannered, and professional gentlemen . A real blessing when you have kids on board .Oh yea forgot to mention we all caught our biggest ever walleye on this trips ,and we kept breaking our personal records these two days until we lost track in the pile of walleye laying in boat. Anyone need a charter i think i know a guy! Thanks Jim
