Huron is Hot!

4 man limit just east of the dump, 11am to 5pm. Ran Bandits 80-140 back all worked. No FO but no shorts either. White Bass were in the way a bit. 2mph. 42-45 FOW.

We were thinking if heading towards huron thrusday. Never fished this area much before, do you have any numbers to where you were, any info your willing to share will be great

We were trolling North of this spot on a North South line.

Thanks for the info, hard to tell exactly but it looks like you are a mile maybe more to east of the grounds, not sure how far north the grounds are from the river

Yea, not sure why the image is so poor. Grounds are 2.5 mi due North.

Go out to the 29-30 north line and troll east. There was miles of marks.

Well let's hope come thrusday there is miles of bites....Lol. going to play hooky and go out, be nice to get a limit of fish

Jeep, how many fish did you pull from all those marks. That 29-30 area should be what 5.5 miles or so out. Sorry for all the questions, I normally fish west of the islands. Been out with friends to weather bouy a few times and a few times on my own, my brother and I fished out of vermillion once this summer. This is just a new area of the lake for me. Is there a good bait shop in the area, a public place to clean fish?

And to be clear there jeep, you are referring to 29-30 as both being north. Like 41.29 through 30. Not the 30 being east west number. Cause 82.30 is out in the area but ne from the river a few miles.

I think we started at the 30-28 and went east. Fish are closer but the water is dirty.
