Ok you wing guys... I cut a few wings on 2 fish last week and I was stumped on what to do next, do you scale them skin em', what? Thanks fellas. It is a nice looking chunk of fish.

I skin mine and cut the fins off.....they taste better than they look:)
They look great to me. I was trying to figure out how people fried them with fins/wings on but no scales? I tried for a nano second to scale them.
