Gold was always my best followed by green.
In the western basin I run "O" size dipseys, metallic green with black "O" ring on the starboard side and Purple metallic with black "O" rings on the port side. The inside dipseys are set at a 2 setting and the outside ones are set at 3. 1.8 to 2.2 mph with subtle S turns does the trick. Limiting out yesterday is proof enough.
thanks for the advise.
I have often thought when it gets tight in the pack and they are hitting on the dipseys of running 4 dipseys and only two boards to stay more maneuverable and wanted to add a couple more to the arsenal.
I would buy black
right now I am using the lite bite slide diver. but I use it like a dipsy. I hook my main line to the front arm then use a leader on the back going through the lite bite arm. right now I am using metallic purple on one side with my purple and pink harnesses and running metallic green on the other side with my green harnesses and I will throw out a odd color harness at times. I use to use all black divers and believe they caught just as many fish as the colored divers do. you cant go wrong using black.
